Best Backup Software?

Most backup software should do all of what you're asking for. I know Macrium Reflect Free will and, as a bonus, the paid version will do a restore to dissimilar hardware.

Personally, I prefer a full backup rather than incrementals. Makes it easier to mount a virtual drive of the image and I know the image contains everything "in one place".

And as I posted previously, I found MR superior in all ways to the latest Acronis.

Thanks for the info. I can't see any way to do it with Paragon. At least, I see no option to have it do it. It appears to do a full backup each time. That's why I asked about it. With Acronis you can select HOW you want it to back up. I haven't checked out MR yet.
