you can use logic with EXS plugins using Digidesign Core Audio
you CAN NOT use EXS Plugins in Pro Tools But this info is explained in detail within the tech docs portion of this webpage

I believe Structure Free is supposed to import EXS instruments. You should give it a try.
You could also purchase Kontakt to play EXS, or you could do what I do and run Logic on a second system and sync it to Pro Tools using MTC.
