C400 headphone control

Hello, I can get the demo to play thru the headphones coming out of the 400 but I can't get a headphone send from a real instrument or vocal to play thru the headphones. I can see there is an input signal in both the Pro Tools screen and the C400 interface. This would seem to be very basic and I can't figure out why I can't get the sound to the headphones.

thanks for your help. I just bought the C400 and I'm wondering if the support is not going to be there do to the company changes.
