Pro Tools 12 crashing while insterting WAVES plugin

Hello,

I'm using Pro Tools 12 on a brand new computer with a WAVES Gold bundle V11.
It worked perfectly for a whole day.

Now, when i try to insert a Waves plugin on a track, even on a new project, Pro Tools open a white plugin window and crash.
I tried uninstall and reinstall the waves bundle, trashed the preferences, etc. I don't know what to do...

Does someone here had the same issue ?

And 6 hours later, i found the solution. I'm posting here what i found, in case that could help somebody.
The plugin window was opening on an external screen... i moved the plugin window on my laptop screen... and then WAVES didn't crash my pro tools anymore...

I know it's weird but that's how i solved it.

What a bizarre bug. I actually think it’s really worthwhile you contacting Tech Support this issue and your solution, so hopefully they can fix it.

Curiously, does the same issue happen with other plugins, because maybe it’s a PT or an OS issue??
