You have "windows Xp ultimate 7 8gbmemory of ram 64bit" No, you don't. You have XP or you have Windows 7. Please post a Sandra report so the helpers here can figure out what your system is. Read this thread for info on that:

Make this the point of your focus.
What has changed either software of hardware since the time at which it was functional.
If you don't have a previous backup with something like Acronis then at least try doing a system restore back to the point where it was working and trash your preferences.

FWIW, I have never really gotten anything useful from system restore compared to things like Ghost or Acronis.
Some others have found it helpful and it's an easy step to take.

STOP!!!!!! Pro Tools software MUST be installed on the C: drive(install using the default directory). Doing anything else is inviting trouble. Its your session files that go on a separate drive.

Question: has LE ever run good on this computer? If yes, then what could have changed? Have you saved any drive images from when it DID work well?

Integrated graphics(and AMD in general) are kind of a crap shoot for Pro Tools these days, even more so with older versions(like LE8). Since you have Windows 7, then you need the 8.0.5 update to your LE8 install. The best method for you now would be to disconnect the Mbox and uninstall Pro Tools, preferences and database files completely(this will not affect any sessions). Reboot and run the LE installer, and when it asks for the interface to be connected-DON'T connect. Just click Okay, let it finish and reboot. Then run the 8.0.5 updater and DO connect the Mbox when asked.

Disable wifi when running Pro Tools(at least until things get better, then leave it on and see if it causes problems).
