Problem at Install - Windows Pro Tools 12

Hey Folks - pretty much a newb here, but I have decided to try with PT again. Just to see what its like. Anyway - I have installed everything, but I am having a problem with the Application Manager. Trying to install the First Air Instruments Bundle the install failed. Now I am in some kind of loop - it forces me to download - not a quick dload either, and then tries to install, and fails. I can't install anything after that in the list either because I get "another install is in progress". I don't know how to get around this.

I am running Win8.1, 32 GB of RAM, Tons of disk space, with a Presonus StudioLive 24/4/2 as my soundcard running the ASIO drivers for that device. My iLok has all the pertinent licenses as far as I can tell - I don't think this is a licensing issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I would just download the relevant file(s) from your Avid Account and not use Application Manager.
