Move edit cursor w/region to marker?

I'm looking for a way to quickly move a transient to a marker. It's easy to add the marker, and easy to select the transient in the edit window...

Is there a way to quickly move the edit cursor and the underlying region to a specific marker? Is there another way to do this perhaps?

I have various cue points marked in a very large/long project setup, and I need to move various regions to those markers so that a specific transient in the region to be moved is put exactly on the marker.

To do this "manually" would take quite a long time, and it's rather simple in other daws so I imagine there must be a way.

a) set sync point at transient (cmd-,)

b) select entire region

c) control-click on marker

The region should "jump" to your marker, using the sync point as the reference.
