Default Fast Track Ultra 8R Driver ver. 6.1.8/9 latency reporting bug

Hi,

I have tried the recently released drivers for the FTU8R, both 6.1.8 and 6.1.9 on Windows8 x64 and the both have a problem with the latency reporting.

The changelog states...

Hardware latency values are now reported with far greater accuracy, allowing host applications to perform the best possible hardware latency compensation

...but the driver is changing its input latency reporting. It starts at 2.9ms and sometimes changes to 3.9ms. The output latency remains constant.

This is causing a problem when using external hardware as projects saved with the lower level are not correct when the driver decides to use the higher input latency.

Please fix this, thank you.
