Default Eleven Rack Driver Install FAIL

Windows 10
PT 12.7

I'm attempting to install the Install Avid Eleven Rack 1.1.11

When I click the installer the Windows Blue Circle shows up like its about to initiate and populate the next instruction window.

But it goes away and nothing happens.

I tried a Widows Tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...led-or-removed

And no change.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Default Re: Eleven Rack Driver Install FAIL

What's the history of this OS install? Has the Eleven Rack been installed before?

Download a new copy of the installer
Uninstall the previous driver if it was installed before
Make sure the Eleven Rack is not connected.
Disable or uninstall all antivirus crapware.
Reboot
Try again.

I that still does not work... was this a clean install of Windows or an OEM install full of crapware. If the later grab a spare drive or partition and do a full clean install of Windows (hopefully Pro) from Microsoft, not an OEM recovery. You may need to purchase a new license. Install as little as possible, like any needed graphics drivers and try installing the Eleven Rack driver before worrying about Pro Tools or anything else. Get that fully running and clone over your current boot drive.
