Is there any way to get Avid Support on the phone?
The licensing phone line is down.
They dont respond to support case. I paid for 1 year support and was never given a system ID so I cant get past the first step on the support line. Any ideas? Ive never experienced a company with such difficult lines of support.

Well most companies are not allowed to work at HQ so this is not Avids fault.
And your system ID should be in your avid account under my products and subscriptions and deopdown Pro Tools.

licensing issues you need to submit an email case only from your avid account
expect a 2 week wait - because my case took 2 weeks lat month before all this took place.
