Why are there new assets for this release? Still waiting on my HD license, vanilla is in. Not a huge deal, but a bit typical and disappointing.

Not in a particular rush, but when will the the licenses be loaded into the iLok accounts?

I'm having trouble finding a timeline and mines not there.

Hmm-

I have a HD license and a Vanilla (both current under subscriptions). It seems that what was deposited in my ilok account is only the vanilla one.

Is the rollout of those licenses still ongoing?

Default Upgrading from 12.5 to 12.6 problem - perpetual license

Hi,

I was trying to upgrade to 12.6 (Win64) tonight, and while downloading the installer I looked at my iLok License Manager and there seemed to be a new license there that I activated.

However after installing 12.6 I cannot start the application; it gives me the iLok-activation splash screen but then doesn't find any licenses in my account.

I've tried de-activating and activating again several times, there have been some restarts, and I've tried having the AVID license in License Manager de-activated and hoping that the Pro Tools splash-screen would pick it up.

None of this has worked for me and now Pro Tools isn't working;

any ideas?

Checked your account (using your community email) and it does not yet have the new license bundle. Your existing "Pro Tools with Upgrade" bundle will authorize Pro Tools 10.0-12.5.2. I'll start a support case for you to get this resolved.

Will also move this to the existing thread on this topic.

super crazy. downloaded/installed, and paralyzed. could some semblance of QA not see this one coming?? to add insult, no 12.5.2 download link now on my account. assume you have to install 12.5 and upgrade. jaysus

Thanks,

so you're distributing installers (which overwrite the current installs) but not delivering the licenses at the same time, correct?

And how long will it take before the license is delivered into my iLok account?

cheers

That wasn't the intention, but despite the fact that the license deposits were done in advance there was a small % that failed and CS is chasing these down.

CS has been providing temp licenses, so will make sure that's noted in your case.
