Default Unable to Find Hardware

Im Getting the ''Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click OK when the hardware is ready.'' message when i start ProTools but i have all the most recent drivers for everything and everything is plugged in and recognized by the computer. Help?

Do you have 192 with a digital Io card installed in slot 3 and using slot 3 ribbon cable
If a digital card is not using the #3 ribbon it won't be seen

Since you had not provided ANY info other than you have a problem
I can only guess

oh and im running a PC Win XP SP3 (i know its not supported but i dont really have a choice). I Can't remember the Processor, etc... specs off the top of my head.
My peripherals are:
Alesis iMultiMix 8 USB 8 Channel TableTop Mixer (connecting with USB)
M-Audio Keystation 61es (USB)
Right now its only on 9.0.2or3 but im going to update it to .5 tomorrow.
