Default VI Breath Controller in Pro Tools

I just bought a TEC MIDI Breath & Bite Controller, but cannot work out how to set it up with Pro Tools (e.g. Kontakt Session Horns). I'm not at all familiar with MIDI set up apart from a keyboard controller), so not sure how to assign CC etc. Any pointers would be gratefully received! Thanks!
