8 core not seeing MAGMA... HELP!

I am running PT 10.3.1 and suddenly my 8 core Mac PRO 10.8.5 cannot see the magma. Launching PT only get me the prompts for internal PT use and I need my HD6 to work now...

Have any of you any tips for troubleshooting?

Magma is shipping me a card to swap tomorrow and if that doesn't work they will need the chassis to be sent to Escondido CA for testing of mezzanine board in the chassis.

I am not sure this is the problem so I'm posting here to get some tips to try if any of you have had this issue. thank you

digitest is not seeing the magma or my cards BTW

UPDATE: i borrowed a host card from a rental place and the card and cable did not fix it so it looks like the mezzanine is the next thing Magma wants to explore...i'm getting up at 5 and headed for Escondido when they open at 7
