TRANSFUSER dragging into pro tools in half-time

Can someone help?

I've created a Transfuser loop, but when I record and drag it into PT8 it instantly becomes double length and half speed.

Transfuser is set at 1/4 - so should be beat for beat. And when I change the tempo in PT8, the loop changes tempo in Transfuser accordingly.

I've also tried it with conductor on/off.

The audio track it creates is also instantly 'elastic audio enabled' I've tried messing with that too...but nothing.

I've also dragged to desktop and then imported, but the same result.

I 'played' with Transfuser years ago....and I'm sure this didn't happen. Of course, now I actually WANT to use it, the dang thing is playing silly.

It's something simple...I know it.....but what am I missing?????????????

Update:

If I right click and 'remove warp' - all is hunky dory.

How can I drag it WITHOUT warp in the first place???
