Default sharing sessions,tracks

Currently pc digi free user. Can I collaborate and trade files with mac users?
Do I have to do anything special? Also when I step up to digi 001 does the same apply?
Of course Only 8 tracks at a max would be transfered or received from digifree.

Can't go cross-platform with PT Free sessions. Files alone can, but not actual session files. If you go up to PTLE 5.1 with AMIII or 001, it's a breeze.
