Been there...

twice...

with two different 192's.

Digi will swap out an analog input board for a fee. Call them. I think it was around $300. It's easy to do; pop the lid and the card fits into an internal connector.

In my experience, over time, other channels will begin to fail after the first one does.

John is right, swap is very easy.
I have the fifth card (of four) now with the same problem. Unfourtunatly there is only a 3 month warranty for repair.

Jimi, I have the exact same problem with my 192, same channel #4. But I've gotten by without it and just left it alone. It's been that way for well over a year now & no other problems.
