Hi i have bought the Pro tools 11/10 DVD and i need help to install it

Hi people, look i have bought the pro tools 11, and the store that sold me the software said to me that it comes with an activation card for pro tools 11 & 10 and i want to install 10. on the dvd package it comes obviously pro tools 11. But i want to know how i can install pro tools 10 and active my licesence because the daw controllers that i have only works with pro tools 10 or lower not with 11. thanks so much!

when you register your activation card at Avid.com a combo license for both 11 and 10 will be deposited in your iLok account (set that up first if you don't have one yet) than you will load onto your iLok v2
if 10 is not on the DVD you will be able to download it form your account at Avid.com

Thanks craig, thanks so much! one last question! if i install pro tools 10 and i decide to install finally pro tools 11, i will be able to install pro tools 11 with the same license?

Hi can i configure 5.1 Soround in pro tools 10 normal

Surround capability is only in Protools HD software. There is no surround function in regular Protools.
