PT 9 Bundle can't authorise

So here's my problem (to the best of my knowledge).

I bought PT 9 bundled with Mbox Pro in same box - new unopened
I have installed PT and the Mbox s'ware/ drivers
I have registered PT on the AVID site and got a confirmation email.
I have registered Mbox on AVID site and didn’t get a confirmation email.
I have an ilok account which indicates I have no licenses on it.
Upon startup of PT it tells me the inserted ilok doesn’t have the licence to authorise the software.
I can't find any relevant codes in the product materials to enter into the "activation" field on AVID site – format = Example: 000000-000000000-0000000.

Love some help. Can't find this particular problem anywhere else amongst the many variations on ilok/ authorization issues!
