Upgrade Plan Invoices
I didn`t receive by mail my invoices about 2 Protools upgrade plans.
How do I proceed to receive It ? Thanks. |

Good to know I am not the only one.
I created two support tickets so far now. Avid did never give an answer to me. Thats pretty uncool. Tomorrow I will generate a new ticket. And if you find a better way to speed things up then tell me please !!! Please avid. After you have sortet out Gibas invoice it would be nice if you could also send me an invoice. (My case numbers are 03367279 and 03352082 so far) Ale

Hey Guys
This has been asked before so I will escalate the request andseeif any progress has been made since last time. Will be back as soon as I have heard anything or Avid will answer. One way or another we should have the option to get aninvoice for the purchases.

Today I got my invoice. That is 4 and a half month after my purchase. To be fair it is just one month ago i started opening support cases in the store. So now my taxminister will be happy Ale
