Core plugin missing

Hello, recently I discovered my core plug ins are missing. I’ve looked in my plugins folder in my program files and they’re not there. I’m missing Dyn 3, D-verb and a few others. After tons of searching I found some folders on my computer labeled “Dyn 3” and “D-verb” but all the file extensions are .tfx I have no idea what to do or how to get my core plugins back. Is there somewhere I should move these files to? I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling protools and for some reason they are still not loading. Please any help would be great.

What exact OS?
What exact version of Pro Tools?
Did you let things install in their default directories or did you install anything to a custom location?
