USB administration rights problem
Hello there
At our college we have recently installed 18 M-Box 2s. However since we have installed them we have been having administration rights problems. As soon as the m-boxes were installed when the students logged in as users they were unable to use the usb ports for their memory sticks as they did not have administration rights to install the necessary drivers. Our IT people say that this is all due to the M-boxes and Pro-Tools being installed. If you log on as an administrator then there are no problems. we don't have this problem anywhere else in the college just where the M-Boxes are. We are using M-Boxes 2 with pro-tools LE 7 and windows XP. Any Help gratefully received as my teaching is bad enough without this. Cheers |

Re: USB administration rights problem
Post this to the correct Protools LE forum (see JUMP button below). We cannot help you, as the TDM hardware used in this forum has no USB connection at all.
