EuControl 3.4

Why did they not make a Windows 7 version of EuControl 3.4? If PT 12.5 is compatible, then EuControl should be as well. I just paid $2700 for the artist control and mix and I can't get the update. Not very happy at the moment.

Eucontrol 3.4 is only for win 8.1 or higher but in this Avid video: http://youtu.be/zYQFCFoYRLo it says that pro tools | control will work with Eucontrol 3.3 or higher. Strangely It's the only document I've seen that doesn't mention the need to be on 3.4 to run last new version of pro tools | control...

Update. I decided to run the installer anyway on Windows 7 and everything is working perfectly.

Historically EuControl has only been qualified with the two most recent Windows and Mac OS releases. So, currently that means Win 8/10 and Mac OS X 10.10/10.11. Earlier OS versions MAY work fine, but are untested.

will the later version "uninstall" nicely

have to say I am workign really productively on MC mix / MC control

but am curious... ( hey thats what killed the cat - aint broke dont fix it?!! )
