Default solo issue with markers

I use a Raven and have my sessions setup so that drums, bass, guitar, etc. each have their own memory location. So mem location 97 is just drums, etc. Then another mem location shows all tracks.

My question is that when am just in the drum group showing and I solo the tracks, if I switch to the all group, the solo'ed drum tracks are no longer soloed.

I've been able to do this in the past no problem. I'm guessing this has to do with having the tracks from each group in a folder. So drums has it's own folder for example.

Any logic/workaround for this?
