Adding ram to DIGI 001 system
Currently running PIII-866 with 256-ram,5.X software, what would I gain by upgrading the ram to 512. I have been using this system for over two years and it hasn't crashed or locked once.
Any help is appreciated. Jeff |

Re: Adding ram to DIGI 001 system
in a single statement it would: "Double the speed of what you are currently running" Just make sure when you upgrade your ram that you get chips that are compatible with your mobo and system specs. A lot of systems will take SD ram, but some take different types and different numbers of pins on the chips, so you might want to check out your computers specs before hand. Its real easy to upgrade ram though and I am sure you would dig the results. Goodluck
