Muted channels still outputting

Hi guys,
Small issue with a profile console.
we have 2 channels (14 & 15) that are muted, the aux send is turned off AND turned right down. There are no cross patches and no visible direct patching and yet they're still coming out of output/aux 4.
Any ideas?

Well whatever caused it a prolonged reboot seemed to correct it for now. Still would be nice to know what the issue is!

Hi, there might be that you still have these inputs patched somewhere, in case you go out of Matrixes for example or some other patches. That said, I have seen plugins mess up signal flow and some signals appear in places they most definitely don't belong. I don't remember if I have ever seen this with TDM systems but on S3L's we have seen this sort of thing happen with Pro Multiband for example.
