Default Help: Tracks are flanging and I didn't ask PT to do so

I Went away for the weekend and came back for a listen and noticed that my piano tracks have a nice flange to them. I checked for dumb stuff, I didn't ask I don't have any delays anywhere, and I put my tracks directly to the main output to test the signal path against my buses. Just weird stuff happening that I didn't do. Has anyone heard of PT doing anything like this? Running PT LE 7.4 on OS 10.5.8 over Mbox 2 interface.

Check all routing on the piano tracks, including any AUX sends. If you are sending piano to an AUX track for reverb, check the reverb plugin to see that it is still set for 100% wet(no dry signal). Cmd-click on the numeric display below the fader to see the latency and make sure it matches for all piano tracks. was this an acoustic piano that was recorded with mic's? Is it possible you slid one of the tracks by accident(like when you highlight the track with the mouse, but actually dragged it a tiny amount). I have caught myself doing that in a rush, but have been lucky in that I noticed it and hit the undo keys. Maybe zoom way in on the piano tracks and see if they are out of alignment.
