5.1 and DVD authoring

What's the minimum you need to author a DVD with a 5.1 and alternative stereo mix having mixed it in PT.

you'll need to author the dvd, or send it out for authoring.
The basics:
you need a picture encoded for DVD like an MP2 or M2V file
you need to encode the 5.1 mix for DOLBY AC3
you need to encode the stere mix to DOLBY AC3 stereo ( if you don't have enough room for the full on 48Khz files.
you need ( optionally ) to encode the mix for DTS 5.1
You need a basic set of graphics/moving image/audio for the menu

and you need a baisc authoring s/w package for DVDs
