Default Additional note ( c#) plays automatically, when Playing F-chord-distorting the sound.

Hello there,
My M Audio Keyrig49, which I purchased a year ago started behaving weirdly, recently.
When I play the F-chord, additional note C# plays automatically, distorting the whole sound. The crackling sound is not because of latency problem. But I guess , something has gone wrong with the keyboard and I just couldn't figure it out.
During Monsoon season, here in India, I didn't cover the keyboard properly, as I used to use it frequently. I just covered it with ploythene bag, instead of keeping it in keyboard case. I don't know ! May be that could have created the problem.
Please help !

P.S. you can refer to this picture to understand my case.

Does this also happen when you play just the C beside the rogue C#? If so, then there is probably some contamination or corrosion that is bridging contacts on the circuit board and causing both notes to play when one or either is keyed.

Hi there !
Thanks for your prompt reply. No ! when I play the C- chord it plays fine. Even the F-chord plays fine in other positions. But when I play the F-chord ( as shown in the picture) , the C# note keeps on hitting automatically( with a velocity of 127).

P.S. I don't know if the moderator has allowed me to give the external links, as I am new on this forum. I'll try to get the video of the exact problem, I am undergoing , so that you can help me better.

Thanks once again !
