Default MC control unresponsive rotary knobs

Hi, I am seeing a strange behaviour on my MC Control.

Sometimes, when I try to control parameters the knobs seems sluggish. However controlling the same parameters from my MC mix always works fine.

And here comes the strange part: If I start controlling parameters using the knobs on the MC mix first and then open the same parameters on the MC Control, the MC rotary knobs work perfectly.

I have tried doing a hardware test, and all the rotary encoders both on the MC Control and the MC mix responds as expected, and there is no difference between them.

Is this a Eucon or firmware problem?
