Default Copied projects on an external harddisc wount play

I would like to move all my protools work from my computer to an external harddisc, to save some space on the computer.
I copied all my work to the disc.
But when I opened one of the projects on the disc and tried to play it, the error; "DAE error 9131 was encountered", and the project wouldn`t play.
(I still got all the projects on the computer, so nothing is lost).
I guess the links to each instrument is incorrect, when the projects was copied. But is this possible to fix, so that I can use the copied projects on the disc?

I use a macbook, digi002 rack, and protools 7.4.2

Hope someone can help.

Kind regards
hamiso,
Norway

How are you copying the files to the new hard drive?

By the way, you should NOT be recording to your internal drive in the first place!! How are you connecting the external drive? Is it USB? USB drives are not recommended from Digi/AVID and you may want to loop through the FW connections on your 002 rack. The connection path SHOULD be MacBook to FW drive to Interface.

Hi, Sparky!
I copied it the easiest way, by moving the whole folder to the other harddisk.
Hi, Eric!
I use a western digital harddisc, through usb.
If I should use firewire, I would get a problem, since the macbook only got one firewire entrance. And I already need that for the digi rack.
And I guess a firewire hub is not an option?

Thankyou so much for your questions.
