Default Where is the track-grouping feature in PT 7.1?

A dumb question, but I cannot find my PT 7.1 manual. I upgraded, and now my edit window comes up with no window at the bottom of the audio tracks where you can click on "all" to make all the editing you do apply to every track, or, say group four of the tracks that you want to treat together. It was always there in PT 6.9 . . . that feature is not gone in 7.1, is it?

And, is the manual for 7.1 available on the Pro Tools site? I searched but did not find any kind of .pdf downloadable manual?

Thanks for any help!
Jim

The Track List/Group List View is (and has been for quite a few versions, including 6.9) "hide-able". It can be toggled between hidden and viewed with the button at the bottom left corner of either the mix or edit windows.

When the Track List/Group List View is hidden, the button looks like this: >>
Clicking it shows the Track List/Group List.

When the Track List/Group List View is visible, the button looks like this: <<
Clicking it hides the Track List/Group List.

The Reference Guide (the manual) is usually installed with the program and available from the Start menu in Windows. If you installed a downloaded Pro Tools update, the documentation was separated from the program download to make the downloads smaller, and you would have to download the documentation updater/installer. The Reference Guide is also freely available on the Digidesign website in the support section.
