Default Machine Control to Beta SX?

using Pro Tools 6.2.3 192 i/o Mac os x. There is no preset in the peripherals for Beta sx (DNW-A75). I have been using the Generic presets and it locks half the time, the other half it appears to lock, then stops at the insertion point. Anyone have any luck with this?
