Default S6L documentation and Avid website frustrations

Just some feedback for the Avid guys (Ryan and Valentyn) to pass on to your web folks. When I saw that Venue software had been updated to 6.0.2, I wanted to go and see what the changes were. After about 10 minutes of hunting on the Avid site, it seems that since I don't own an S6L myself, I can't see any documentation about the update.
This isn't the first time I've had a lot of trouble finding documentation on updates. In general, the website makes it very difficult to find info about updates or various manuals and PDFs. It seems to take an inordinate amount of time and clicks to search and dig up what I'm after. Someone in IT seems to have an unorthodox idea of how people want to navigate a site.

I have better luck by going to the Knowledge Base, then searching "S6L documentation" to find the article that provides all current S6L manuals and release notes.

The website is a bit crazy to navigate, live sound doesn’t even have a tab on the side...

But google search of “avid VENUE S6L documents” will pull up this knowledge base article titled “All Documents” it gets updated with every release:

And a sad commentary on a tech-ish company in the current century.

EAW and JBL both have their share of dead links and odd taxonomy but eventually you can find stuff. At least the live audio side of Avid is relatively simply; perhaps the department can get it's own reorganization.
