EuControl/Workstation 3.3.1 and Pro Tools | Control v1.0.1 now available!

Hi All,

EuControl/Workstation 3.3.1 and Pro Tools | Control v1.0.1 are now available.

What's New/Fixed for Pro Tools | Control:
• Double tap of fader cap now resets fader to 0 dB
• App now shows the currently connected and focused application in the Tab Bar at the top of the screen
• Share icon next to Settings icon lets the Control app be shared via social media
• Improved meter performance when focusing between EUCON and non-EUCON applications
• Various bug fixes

What's New/Fixed in for S3 and Artist surfaces:
• S3 control surface now supports 96k sample rates (firmware update required)
• S3 now passes audio after rebooting the computer without having to resort to power-cycling and other workarounds (EUCON-3482) (firmware update required)
• EuControl no longer crashes when opening a Pro Tools session containing VCAs and/or Groups (EUCON-4088)
• Meters on Pro Tools | S3, Artists Series surfaces, and Pro Tools | Control now work properly with Pro Tools 11.3.1 (EUCON-4111)
• On S3 and Artist Series controllers, resetting a fader to 0 dB using Surface SHIFT + Fader has been improved (EUCON-2883) Note: If you have already reset a fader, and are still holding Surface SHIFT while moving the fader, your DAW may not recognize the fader move, and you may not be able to reset the fader. If you want to reset the fader again, move the fader slightly, touch and hold SHIFT, and then tap or move fader to reset to 0 db.
• On S3, VCA Spill can only be engaged if the current session contains VCAs (EUCON-4087)
• When quitting EuControl software, EuControl no longer asks if you want to save changes when you did not make changes (EUCON-2830)

Note
• After installing EuControl 3.3.1 on Windows, it may not auto-launch. If this occurs, launch EuControl from C:\Program Files\Euphonix\Eucon
• After installing Workstation 3.3.1, MC Client may not auto-launch. If this occurs, launch MC Client from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Eucon (Win) or Macintosh HD>Applications (Mac)


Download Pro Tools | Control v1.0.1 on the App Store here. Before using, make sure you download and install EuControl 3.3.1 by one of the methods below.

Artist Users, log into your Artist Account here to access EuControl software.

S3 and Pro Tools | Control users, log into your Avid account here to access EuControl software. Note: Pro Tools | Control users must register from within the app in order to receive EuControl software.
