Weird Window Issue With 11R in Pro Tools

Hi everybody.

I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 7 Home Premium and after reinstalling Pro Tools, everything seems to be fine except that I'm seeing a very unusual version of my "Eleven Rack" window when using it in a Pro Tools session.

Basically the window is there except that its missing the graphics that display the individual pedals and effects within a rig. If you click the "Tuner" button, the tuner graphic pops up as usual, no problem. If you activate the "user options" button, same thing, the graphic field is replaced by the user option no problem.

I took a screen shot so I could show you what it looks like but right now I'm not seeing where I can upload this picture. Anyway here are my specs

Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
Processor: Inter Core 2 Duo w/ each core @ 2.67Ghz
RAM: 4gb DDR2
I have the eleven rack as my hardware (obviously). The only remedies I've tried so far is reinstalling pro tools and updating to the latest 8.1 version, same with my eleven rack drivers and firmware, I've reinstalled them and re upgraded to 11R ver 1.0.3.

Has anybody else had this issue?
