Default File ID Question

I have a data recovery situation where a lot of files will be recovered without file names. When I try to put the sessions back together, I want to know if the file ID is part of the file name or is it embedded in some other way that will allow relinking based on Match Format, Match Duration and Unique File Id?

thanks.
