Default Subscription License Help

Hey All,
Ive purchased a subscription for one of my rooms, it actually came with Ilok.
Last thursday i renewed the subscription but i can not find anywhere, anything on how to get my ilok back up and running with the new subscription. Ive had heaps of trouble and no help. Ive got a room down with no license.

hope one of you guys can assist

Default Subscription License Help

Your iLok is registered to an iLok.com account? You purchase a renewal and provide that same iLok account name. And Avid deposits a license in that account (make sure you provide the same account as the iLok is registered to) which you see in the iLok License Manager. You then sync that license to the iLok using the ILok license manager.... if you have a professional studio this is the type of stuff that I would expect you do for lots of licenses on iLoks. If there is some other problem you will need to explain what is happening in more detail.

Thanks for the info. The reason I am on here is due to me already doing that.
It is not appearing in my ilok account. I’ve been through this since Thursday Friday of last week.
Yes one who owns a multi room facility does know this.
But alas all of the normal operations are not working.
It’s NOT in my ilok and when I go through the refresh on that studios ilok. I get nothing.
So any other advice would be greatly appreciated

Default Subscription License Help

The most common reason for these broad kind of issues seems to be folks accidentally providing the wrong iLok account info. Check what shows up in your Avid account and confirmation emails, and spam folders for any emails about purchase problems etc. Make sure you did not make mistakes with names, even simple typos like a O not an 0, and you really are logged into the ILM in the account you think you are and the current iLok is really registered to that account. Check extremely carefully.

Failing that I would start a online support case with Avid.
