Default How to extend multiple clips at the same time in the same track?

So here's my problem: the editor who worked on this ProTools session before me messed up. When they extracted strip silence to put in room tone where the narrator being recorded was breathing, they way overshot it, and ended up stripping off the ends of most of the clips. I need to extend a LOT of clips, way too many to really be able to do them one at a time. Is there a way to extend multiple clips at the same time, like basically doing a reverse strip silence?
I'm using the latest version of Avid, and I'm on a PC. Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.

From memory, it's Option & +/- keys and Command & +/- keys. This should extend/trim the regions according to what the nudge value is set to in your session.

If you don't need to adjust all the regions, use the object grabber tool and select the ones you need.

0. Click on track
1. Return
2. alt+shift+Return
3. cmd+h
4. Redo Strip silence

Kick it back to the editor and tell them to do their job correctly before sending it back to you.
