Default Bottom line, 10--worth it?

HD 9 native in a professional studio--With Waves Mercury.
You guys think its worth it? I finally have a smooth system-- I am scared at what 10 might do- and I do NOT want to spend more to upgrade OSX to Lion.

You don't need to upgrade to Lion. 10HD works on 10.6.8 and Lion.
That said, Lion is $29, or $69 on a pre loaded thumb drive.
Not exactly a bank buster.

Is there ever an upgrade in PT that works without major bugs. They still haven't fixed 8, instead they made 9 charged us $300 and it still doesn't work right. then they made 10, and charged us $300. And I doubt it's going to work right. It's best to keep what you have, and maybe find another DAW with support that doesn't cost extra.

I just finished a few edits and a rough mix in PT10 HDN. I won't go back.
