Unable to locate hardware when starting pro tools 9.0 MP

I have a oxygen 25 midi controller for my windows 7 pc 64 bit and a copy of pro tools 9.0 MP. I go to start the program. and it says unable to locate hardware click okay when ready. Am i missing something?
