monitor inputs to headphones
Hello
When I start a project, I want a metronome on my ear.I use my outboard sound module for the metronome sound. This module is connected to input 3/4. But I can't find a way of routing them to the headphones. I can listen via arming an audiotrack, but then I record a audio clicktrack. I don't want to do that. I hoped to avoid a mixer, is there a way around this? If there isn't, I will suggest that Digi upgrades the 001 so that input 3/4 is routed to the phones as well, when the monitor switch is pressed. regards Jan |

Re: monitor inputs to headphones
You will need to create an Aux Track within Pro Tools and set its inputs to 3&4 (i.e. same as where your sound module outputs are connected).
This will give you the ability to monitor the outputs of your synth without recording the audio. Brent |
