Default getting soundforge to output to mbox (asio drivers?)

Hi all:

Im running the mBox on a dell 8200 notebook, and its awesome. Im running PT 5.3.3, and Acid 4.0 and it is flawless. Today I got Soundforge 6.0 (normal, not 6.0b or d) It doesnt list ASIO Drivers for an output (the way acid 4.0 does) and im wondering if anyone knows of a way to get it to work. Thanks in advance,

-DJA

No, as Soundforge is not an ASIO based aplication therfore the ASIO driver means nothing to it. It uses MME or WDM drivers.

so, is there no hope for getting soundforge to output via the mbox? This is a real drag for me, as I have no other form of soundcard (other than the crappy on board card that came with this dell) do you think there could ever be a way around this, could sonic foundry make it available for asio use? Thanks!!

No, I'm pretty sure that it does output...there is a little virtual button in SF 6.0 that will pop open a list of sound out to hardware devices. Of course, I did this a while ago so I can't tell you exactly where it is. All I can do is assure you that it's there. Oh yeah, I don't use the MBox but rather the 001. Okay, I was no help. Just ignore me
