I got the controller to work but I'M not sure what I did, I hooked my M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 up to Pro Tools and it worked and I rebooted the computer and Pro Tools and the Axiom 61 started to work?

That's odd, but I'm glad you got it working.
Out of curiosity, were you a Cakewalk/Sonar user back in the day - I'm taking in the mid to late 90's? I vaguely remember the credentials in your sig, or I'm confusing you with someone else. tg

No, No Cakewalk or Sonar. I started out at the age of 12 using two boom boxes to overdub, then two reel to reels, then Fostex cassette 4 track to taking a bunch of years off then using Pro Tools 8 M-Powered to using Pro Tools 9, 10, 11, 12.6.1
