Transfuser is good yes. The the question is if it does what you want to do. It's nothing like Structure, they're not aimed at the same needs. Transfuser is more for loops and beats (but shouldn't be entirely narrowed down to that!), if that's your cup of tea you'll most likely like it better.

I agree with Stiff, a fundamental question is what are you looking for in terms of a plugin, what kind of music, what's missing for you right now?

I dont do any loop stuff and i think Transfuser is great. Structure LE was ok, when it used to work. But i think i see what people mean about getting the full version of structure instead of LE. If you like chopping up loops though, or any audio you wanna chop up, Transfuser makes it fun.

I sold my MPC after I purchased Transfuser, just makes my workflow that much faster. The one thing I will say is that I missed my physical pads so I ordered a Axiom Pro 49 a few days ago. Waiting for it to arrive.. and than I will be in good shape.

Really?!? You sold your MPC. Which model did you have? Yes, Transfuser is hot, but it's missing alot of subtle things that an MPC can do. Hopefully the next update is amazing. I use Transfuser with an M-Audio Trigger Finger for the Drum Synth and Fantom X8 for Phrase & Slice Synths.

I bought Transfuser and haven't figured out the fun yet. I get that all the loops can mash together but I don't get how to use it in a tune - just keep bouncing them onto a stereo track and build a song that way? It'd be great to hear how ya'll are using Transfuser in a track, not just playing around with a stand alone 1 bar loop.

Most of my time has been spent learning Structure (full version). Very good sampler. Just takes time to think in terms of it rather than the others I've had in the past. There's a lot of power in it. Love it so far.

Thanks for the imput. Do you people who own structure have 2GB ram or 1? Im using one on a dell latitude and it aint working right. I can get as far as 3 tracks and then it starts to slow down. I have a 1GHZ chip so my theory is the problem is the ram what do you think?
