Default error code 1450 insufficient system resources

I'm using an 002r through a emachines 6811. On several seemingly sporadic occasions I get the "1450 insufficient system resources" message. In particular when I try to bounce to disc (it gets through the first part, but when it gets ready to dither after playback I get the message. Also it stops me periodicaly when I use the zoom tool in editing.
I searched the data base here at the DUC (probably searched it wrong though because I couldn't find anything...my bad )
Any help would be mucho appreciated.
Thanks
