problems purchasing Pro Tools 12 Online Subscription through Avid

Hi,

I'm attempting to purchase Pro Tools 12 by Online Subscription through the Avid website and I can't get through checkout. As soon as the checkout page loads it starts processing my purchase, even though I have not yet entered any information (name, credit card # etc). Then it tells me to back and try again. Once in a while when the system gives me a chance to enter my information there is no line for entering a credit card number at all. I've been trying for a few hours now.

Any solutions? Am I missing something? Can I buy a Pro Tools online subscription somewhere else?
