Noise Blasts up through PT 12.4 [FIXED IN 12.5]

I did... when I was tracking...
But when mixing, I had ADC enabled.

Don't get me wrong, if I start getting noise blasts as regularly as some of you do, I'll be looking into another DAW.
If using ProTools becomes like playing Russian roulette, I'm out!

Yes I still have noise blasts even with ADC Disabled! Running on Mac Pro 12core. OSX 10.10.5, HDX2

Since there is no rhyme or reason to when these blasts occur, I'll use Protools exactly the way I want.
No jumping through hoops. If I get blasts, I'll let you all know.

Is it rapid fire editing?
Is it sessions with dense automation?
Is it plugin related?
Is it primarily an OS X issue?
Is it some or all of the above?

I've only had it occur once in Win7, and that was using 10, and it happened a couple of years ago.

What about the type of RAM installed?
Not just the amount, but its speed and latency.
How about the CPU?

What about the use of SSD's and SATA 3?

No, no, no...
I tried various combinations, different sound cards, different computers with different drives, type of ram and cpu, different uad cards etc.
Noise blasts are always there since version 11 hitting randomly 1-2 times per week or month, even daily sometimes.
The only I have to suggest is that from the time I set the fade in parameter on the transport bar, to 500msec the blasts have less dramatically. Perhaps one-two blasts each 2-3 months. I have to suggest everybody to try this configuration until Avid figure out the problem

The moment of truth is here, guys. 12.5 is starting to show up in Avid accounts. It's in mine. No mention of noise blasts in the "what's new" pdf. But there is no list of bug fixes. Report back!
