Ample Guitar M not playing back properly in pattern mode

Hi guys

Is anyone using Ample Guitar M and having trouble playing back a sequence in PT 11hd with the pattern mode switched on?

All i'm getting is pro tools sending the midi data to ample guitar m and I can hear where the fret positions are moving and I get 2 strums of a chord and that's about it.

If I play a guitar pattern part half way through and then go back to the beginning again, the above happens where you can only hear one or two notes. It's as though ample guitar doesn't reset and ends up sounding like a mosh of noise and strange notes.

Anyone's help would be much appreciated
