Default buffer size error on opening protools

Hi,
I do have a problem with protools 10.3.7 and Mbox2.
When I want to open the application, there is an error saying that your audio is configured with a unsupported audio buffer size.
Please choose 32,64,128,256,512,1024 or 2048.

Because the protool does not start up, I can not enter the setup of the Mbox2. It there an other way to change the settings?

I allready downloaded the latest driver.

Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards
Danaron

Default Re: buffer size error on opening protools

Deleting the Preferences; C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\DAE Prefs was no use.
Deleting the DB C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Pro Tools\Databases created a error worse.
Any other suggestion?

Try holding down the N key while opening Pro Tools and see if it will get you to the Audio Engine selection page. Wondering if PT is defaulting to your onboard audio card and they don't like each other
